Refunds and Returns
We value every customer, as we strive to prevent any issues. Every order is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and shipped.
To initiate a formal request for a refund, please commence by sending an email to sales@brothersloveboutique.com to confirm that your request is processed and validated accurately. Upon confirmation of your return request, kindly follow the provided instructions to ensure a successful and timely processing of your request.

Returns must be initiated within seven
(7) days of receipt of the item, with the return period commencing on the day the tracking status verifies delivery. The item must be returned.

Please be advised that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the responsibility for return shipping costs rests with the customer.
- Returns that do not adhere to our established return policy will be subject to rejection or denial.
Damages and Issues
- Please ensure to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Items sent back to us without proper authorization will not be accepted.
- After you receive authorization via email, please ensure that the item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no visible makeup or deodorant marks, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Cancellations
- Please take your time, as this is very important! There will be no cancellations on orders which have already been submitted. Before submitting an order please ensure all information has been entered correctly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items marked FINAL SALE, Accessories, Bodysuits, Lingerie, Swimwear, selected "White" items, Discounted and Clearance items, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch with us, if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
